A bare experience claim, low-confidence evidence or unresolved contradiction leaves a criterion unscored in the new assessment format.
EVIDENCE & ASSESSMENT
Move between the report and the conversation behind it. See supported observations, unexplored areas and the follow-up questions that could clarify them.
“I checked the supply first, then tested the connection.”
An explained sequence of actions. Follow up on why they chose it.
01 / READ WITH CONTEXT
Compare the examples below. Notice what the candidate actually says, what it supports and which question could deepen the understanding.
“I have worked in maintenance for three years.”Illustrative conversation example
The candidate reports maintenance experience. This sentence alone does not show how they diagnose a fault.
Would you like to describe a fault you solved recently?
02 / FROM RESULT TO SOURCE
New assessments attach candidate quotations to summary claims, strengths and criterion observations. Source links help you revisit the surrounding conversation.
A matching quotation establishes where the words came from. Whether an interpretation is sound still requires review.
A bare experience claim, low-confidence evidence or unresolved contradiction leaves a criterion unscored in the new assessment format.

Use the evidence, follow-up questions and your own notes to form a judgment. HAN does not make the hiring decision.
